Rina Tatae "Tamagoyaki"

    It was interesting that she detailed the difference in taste between Kansai and Kanto Tamagoyaki in her presentation. And her voice was good. I prefer sweet tamagoyaki to salty tamagoyaki.

Maika Kawamura "Yudetamago"

    It turned out that boiled eggs can also be applied to various dishes. And the slide show which her made was cute.  Next time, I would like to make it with reference to the method of making taste balls that she introduced.

Maki Yoshihara "Chawannmushi"

    Her presentation was in plain English so I could understand it well. I also learned for the first time that chawanmushi is one of the traditional dishes in Nagasaki. It seemed easy to make, so I definitely want to try it.

Arisa Hayashi "Omelette”

    I learned a lot about the history of omelettes from her presentation. It was easy to understand because her speech and slide show matched well. And I want to eat an omelet.

Noriko Honda "Castella"

    It was devised to attract attention by talking to the audience and encouraging them to raise their hands. Knowing that there are many types of castella, I wanted to eat it.

 

Rin Ueda "Omlette rice"

    I was surprised because I didn't know that omelet rice originated in Japan. I'm glad that I introduced the name of the shop.

Yuu Tomiyama 　”Pudding”

    The presentation was easy to understand, so the content was well communicated. It was good to hear the detailed method of making.

Honoka Kohama　”Tonpeiyaki"

    I was very impressed because she was talking while watching the audience. I also like tonpeiyaki, so I really wanted to eat it.

Yuuki Itinomiya　”Tenshinhan"

    She was talking slowly, so it was easy to hear. I was familiar with Tenshin-don, so I wanted to make it myself.

Ayana Usui　”eggs Benedict”

    I've heard the name Eggs Benedict, but I've never eaten it, so I'm glad I learned this time. It was good that she tried hard to reach her audience.
